Winston County Mississippi burns two negroes, Jim Fox and Mark Fox after a car accident involving Clarence Nichols. The two men were tied to a telephone pole with barbed wire, doused in gasoline, and burned after sheriff Permenter turned them over to the mob. The mob was reacting to the alleged murder of Clarence Nichols.
