Wortham and the executive secretary will represent the Branch at the dinner given at the William Sloane House on October 15, to .Francis Harmon, chairman of the National Council of the Young Men's Christian As - sociatioii. - The West 135th Street Branch trives to the National Council. which includes the home work, aiax zergans work in Africa, state work and the Y. M. C. A. College, and amount of $2,600 and each subscriber in pledging to the local branch contributes also to this fund. Wilberforce D. Simmons of the staff of the West 135th Streit Branch is now. calling upon the subscribers to the current fund for 1930. The Membership' Counselling Committee1 has been been organized with J L.
