3 Crash Victims Are Near Death SHAMROCK, June 21 (Special) --Three victims of a three-way C2.J- crash near here Sunday afternoon, afternoon, remained In critical condition condition Monday. Three persons were killed In the accident and five others were treated for Injuries. Injuries. Charles Flynt, 9 years old, Clovis, was near death and was being given blood transfusions. He suffered chest and head injuries. injuries. Condition of Doris Burson, 17, of Shamrock, also was critical and was being given transfusions. She juffered a skull fracture. Theo Burson, 40, was reported have shown some improvement Monday morning. Mrs. Winnie Fay Flynt, 25, Mrs, Edna Mae Burson, 40, Lela, and Mrs. Othella Burson, SO, Haskell, were killed. Mrs. Burson and Mrs. Flynt were believed to have been killed Instantly. Mrs. Edna Mae Burson died two hours after reaching the hospital. Treated for injuries were: Flynt, 38; Mary Flynt, 12; Martha Flynt, 5; Dan Burson, 33; and Wood, 16. All were recovering. ] All the .Injured were taken to Shamrock General Hospital. Funeral services lor Mrs. Win- Â· nle Fay Flynt have been set tentatively for 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in Church of Christ at Wheeler. B. M. Lytton, minister, will officiate, with A. C. Wood, assisting. The bodies of Mrs. Edna Mac Burson and Mrs. Othella Burson were taken to Haskeil tor funeral services and burial. The accident occurred near the top of a hill 2 miles west of The car driven by Theo Burson ildeswiped another car, went out control and smashed into the car driven by Amassa Fiynt, state way patrolmen said.
