Ciicuit Court Sale. The State of South Carolina, County of Orangeburg; Court of Common Pleas. Rebecca E. Way, Plaintiff, against Benj. D. Edwards, et al., Defendants. By virtue of the judgment in the above stated case, I will sell at public auction, at Orangeburg Court House, during the legal hours for sales, on the first Monday in January, 1907, being the seventh day of said month, the following described real estate. All that certain tract or plantation of land situate, lying and"-being in Providence and Goodbys Townships, in the County of Orangeburg, State aforesaid, containing three hundred and fifty-three (353) acres, and bounded on the North hy lands of L. M, Connor; on the East by lands of Mrs. Gu.^sie A Dukes; on the Southeast by lands of E. M. Shuler, and lands ol Geo. Brenton Shulear on the Southwest by other lands of the said Re'< becca E. Way, and by lands of John W. Funches; and on the West and Northwest by other lands of John W. Funches; and on the West and Northi west by other lands of the said Rebecca E. Way. Tern s, cash: The purchaser oi purchasers to pay for all papers and all taxes falling due after the day < i sale; and In case the purchaser or purchasers fail to comply with the terms of sale, said real estate will be resold on the same or some subsequent salesday, on the same terms and at the risk of the former purchaser or purchasers.
