INGRAM LAKE Funeral service for Ingram Lake, who lived in the Asquith district for more than 30 years, was held in Asquith United Church, Saturday afternoon. The service was conducted by the Rev William Banks. The church was filled to capacity; many who had known Mr. Lake for years stood throughout the service. At the graveside the flag-draped casket was lowered as a Canadian Legion bugler the Last Post. Cliff Anderson, president of the Asquith branch of the Canadian Legion, officiated. The pallbearers were W McFadgen, Ernest Cutts, James Smith, Huntley Matheson, James J. Turner and James Edgar. Funeral arrangements were in charge of Campbell's Funeral Home.
