No. 4639. ORDF.il FOR HEARING PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF DEED Now, on this 29th day of July, 1946. this cause comes on In regular order for hearing upon the petition of Sallle Davis, George Anna Davis, now Cochran, Cochran, Joe Lee Davis and Jessie James Davis, praying for the approval of a certain warranty deed executed by them on the day of July, 1946, conveying conveying the following described real estate situate In Washington County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit: ' West half of the Southwest quarter quarter of the Southeast qMarter, and The East half of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section Thirty (30), and the Northwest quarter of the Northwest Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section Thirty-One (31), all In Township 29 North, Range 13 l<}ast, and containing 50 acres, more or less: and being the allotment of Thompson Davis, full blood Cherokee Indian, Roll No. 16942. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, •ADJUDGED •ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that said petition be, und the same is, hereby set for hearing in the County courtroom. In the City of Eufaula, Mcintosh County, Oklahoma, on the 12th day of August, 1946, at ten o'clock A. M., at which time any and all persons Interested may appear and contest said petition or bid on said lands. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that notice of the hearing of said petition, and sale of said lands, be given by publishing a copy of this Order in the Indian Journal, a weekly newspaper published and of general circulation In Mcintosh County, Okla-- homa, for one Issue prior to the date of said sale, and by posting copies of said order in three public places In Mcintosh County, Oklahoma, at least ten days, prior to said hearing and sale; and by publishing a copy of this Order In the Bartles-vllle Examiner, a newspaper published and of general circulation In Washington County, Oklahoma, Oklahoma, for one Issue prior to the date of said sale, and by posting copies of said Order in three public places in Washington County, Oklahoma, at least ten days prior to said hearing and sale : that a copy of the petition filed herein, and of this Order, be served on the United States Probate Attorney in and for Mcintosh County, Oklahoma, by mall, at least ten days prior to the date of said hearing. liifl this 29th day of July, 1946.
