Evelyn Hull Columbus Evelyn M. Hull, 91, of Columbus, Columbus, passed away at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015, at Kindred Transitional Transitional Care in Columbus. She was born on April 20, 1924, in Zenas, the daughter of Robert Heathcote and Zelma C. (Baldwin) Pickett. She had lived in numerous places with her husband during his military military service and has been a Bartholomew County resident since 1968. She graduated from Napoleon High School in 1943 and had worked at the Carol Cook Dress Factory and was a member of The Retired Enlisted Association National Auxiliary. She enjoyed reading reading and crocheting. She married Milton F. Hull in Greensburg on April 20, 1944, and he preceded her in death on June 12, 2009. Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Cox of Columbus; Columbus; her sons, Robert (Raymona) (Raymona) Hull of Westport, Richard Richard (Sandra) Hull and James (Brenda) Hull, both of Columbus; Columbus; her five grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son- in-law, Jack L. Cox; sister, Eilleen Eilleen Mae Levell and Maxine Rosalie Young; brothers, Larry Larry Dow and Elvin Allen Pickett; Pickett; grandson, Ricky Hull; great-granddaughter, Katie Avery; and great-grandson, Josiah Combs. The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015, at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home in Westport with the Rev. Malvin McCullough officiating. officiating.
