Frazee bought Friday Luther Gager of Palmer the Thomas farm on Norlh Road. property includes the farmhouse, large barns and 120 acres of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas for many years raised silver black foxes for breeding and pelts. An early deed to the properly shows that the township of Patridgefield sold this land to Parker Hall in 1798 for pounds per year, or nine shillings per acre. In 1890 Conrad Schnopp bought the place, and later his George Schnopp, was owner. In 1921 Mrs. Thomas bought the to raise foxes and fox hounds. Upon the death of Mrs. Thomas the animals were sold, and Mr. Thomas moved away. Recently place has been occupied by Mr. Mrs. Harry Oakes and family. In 1929 45 acres of this with frontage on lhe northeast side of Ashmere Reservoir, was sold to Ford and Jeannette Terry for a summer camp for adults children.
