Plans for the first annual midget basketball tournament of the thirteenth district, to be held here Saturday, February 22, are going forward rapidly and drawings are scheduled for this week. Many teams have entered and the rivals, for the most part, are figured about even. Wilson, president of the Thirteenth District Association and chairman of the midget tournament, the Buffalo team's application has been accepted. While the tourney is sponsored by the thirteenth district and Buffalo is in the eleventh, the midget carnival was organized merely merely to decide which underweight five is the champion of Hardin, Grayson and any surrounding counties.
