Nora Pavlik Nora Pavlik, 97, Riverside Nursing Nursing Home, Oconto, formerly of 169 N. Main St., Oconto Falls, died Tuesday morning, Oct. 20, 1992 at an Oconto hospital. She was born Sept. 1 7, 1895 in the Town of Stiles to the late William and Agnes (Le Fave) Barcome. After graduation from high school, she attended teachers training at Marinette Normal.FoIlowinggraduationshe taught in one-room one-room one-room schoolhouses in Oconto County. In June, 1920 she married Joseph C. Pavlik; he preceded her in death in 1966. Mrs. Pavlik lived in Oconto Fa I Is for most of her life where she and her husband owned and operated operated Pavlik General Store for many years in the building which is now Magnin Hardware. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and at one time had been active in the choir and Altar Rosary Society. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, daughter-in-law, daughter-in-law, daughter-in-law, daughter-in-law, Ronald J. and Dorothy M. Pavlik, Iron Mountain, Mountain, Mich.; three grandsons, David, David, Phillip and Paul Beland; two great-grandsons. great-grandsons. great-grandsons. She was preceded in death by her daughter Leatrice in 1 954; two brothers, Al and Earl Barcome; three sisters, Mabel Klemz, Beatrice Beatrice Young and Mildred "Sis" Haberman.
