Lynn Raps Harding Thomas Lynn, a candidate for congress, congress, yesterday condemned Bernard J. Harding for his alleged refusal to allow him to speak at a political rally sponsored by the Second Ward Repub llcan club on Monday night at D'Aquino hall, Providence road. Lynn stated that Harding, who Is president of the club and who presided as chairman of the rally, allowed all other candidates and speakers to state their cause but refused to permit him to speak in his own behalf. Mr. Lynn Is a resident of the Second Second district of .the Second ward and is a former member of the Second Ward Republican club. Until a year ago, he said, he was active in the charity work conducted by the organization organization and sang many times at its various charity functions.
