Compelled to Leave Him. A petition for divorce was presented to-day, to-day, to-day, and an order of publication obtained in tbe case of Mary A. Vanslyck against Charles A. Vanslyck. They were married on October 19, 1871, and Mrs. Vanslyck alleges that in less than three months her husband commenced to subject her to various Indignities; Indignities; that he beat her, called her vile names and treated her generally in a cruel and barbarous barbarous manner, rendering her condition Intolerable. Intolerable. She alleges that, her life was endangered endangered on more than one ocoaelon, and that her husband rushed at her with a razor. Finally, on the 23d ot January, 1872, she was compelled to leave him on account of the cruel treatment. Mrs. Vanslyck further alleges that her husband baa since married another woman. She asks for a decree of divorce and the custody of the child. Her husband is not a resident ot this State.
