Tancahua, will celebrate their 60th anniversary Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at Hope Methodist Church with a reception for friends and relatives. The Munsons were married Sept. 15, 1909, in Houston Heights. She is the former Emma Kerby. They have seven children: Charles Edwin Munson of San Antonio, Kenneth Munson of San Marcos, Allen Munson of Hope, Weldon Munson, Mrs. H. K. Burnett, Mrs. B. T. White of Sherman and Mrs. Ray Grant of Clintonville, Wis. They have 32 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Boil about 5 minutes. Then add artichokes and simmer gently until artichokes are just tender--5 to 8 minutes. Drain. Makes 4 servings. GERMAN-STYLE SALAD 1 envelope old-fashioned Preach s*l*i dressing mix 14 cup vinegar % tup pins 2 tablespoons salad oil I cups hot sliced cooked potatoes 6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled J tabtoipooas chopped · " x , ' ·, - parsley . · Combine salad d r e s s mix, vinegar and oil ia Mace- pan. Beat but do not fert« to a boil. Poor over pobftoec, add bacon and pvy **d toss together. Serv* warm. Makes to 8 servings. MARRYING
