Ilcarl To Harry Ruby, carpenter, 4116 Winston Avenue, Covington, suffered a fatal heart attack yesterday morning as he was preparing to go to work on the grandstand of the Latonia Jockey Club. He was 68 years old. Two fellow em ployees, Edward Dcrry, 3725 Glenn Avenue, Covington, and Edward Pope, 208 WcHt Third Street, Cov ington, removed him to St. Elizabeth Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Charles A. Nolte, Superintendent of the race track, said Mr. Ruby had been employed by the club for several years In making repairs before the opening of the track. Dr. James P. Rlffe, Kenton County Coroner, said death was due to a heart attack. Mr, Ruby's widow, Mrs. Matilda Ruby; a son, Robert Ruby; two daughters, Mis. Fred Judy and Mrs. Ralph Klaine of Covington, and two granddaughters survive him. Services will he conducted Monday. Allison and Rose, Covington, are in charge of arrangements. ' i
