JESSE H. BARLOW Dead at 90 Clearfield lent, 90 ties at Home CLEARFIELD—Jesse Haven Barlow, Barlow, 90, 57 E. Center, died this morning at his home. Mr. Barlow was born Aug. 10, 1870, in Bountiful, a son of lanthus Haven and Hannah Wintle Barlow. He married Sarah Lewella Stoker on Nov. 25, 1891, in the Logan Temple. Temple. They lived in Bountiful and moved to Syracuse in 1895. Mrs. Barlow died Oct. 26, 1956. During his early life Mr. Barlow was a farmer in the Syracuse-Clearfield Syracuse-Clearfield area and later was a dealer in wholesale apples in Salt Lake City. He helped establish the Clearfield Clearfield Mercantile Co. in 1914, later known as Jesse H. Barlow & Sons Co. He was a high priest in the Clearfield Clearfield Third Ward and had been a member of the bishopric of the old Clearfield Ward. He served a mission in the Central States from 1910 to 1912 and the Northwestern States from 1941 to 1942. He had also filled a mission for the North Davis Stake. SURVIVORS Surviving are seven sons and three daughters, Jesse D., Ivan I., Wilmer S. and Eldon H. Barlow, all of Clearfield; Ora H. Barlow, Salt Lake City; Vinal Barlow, Midvale; Garner W. Barlow, Ogden; Mrs. Clarence (Rena) Tree. Ogden; Mrs. K. C. dona) Tanner, Portland, Ore.; Mrs. John (Velma) Peacock, Mesa, Ariz.; 34 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, two brothers, Oscar I. Barlow, Clearfield; Joseph S. Barlow, Los Angeles. Funeral services will be conducted conducted Monday at 1 p.m. in the Clearfield Clearfield Third Ward Chapel with Bishop Bishop Eldon H. Barlow officiating. Friends may call at the Clearfield Mortuary Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Monday until 12:15 p.m. Inter- me-nt will be in Syracuse Cemetery.
