Tbe session was held for the purpose of settling various ward disputes, wblch have risen over the right to designate Judges and clerks in the coming primaries. Chairmen Pea body presided, and R, Emmet Burke acted as secretary. . . Tbe first business involved the everlssting though intermittent contest in the First Ward between Alderman Joha Cough'lin and "Hon." Michael Ksnna (H. Dink) as parties of the first part, and . Hon. William Skakel and "Hon." Sol Van Praag as parties of the sec ond part. Mr. Van Praag represented the original Carter H. Harrison Democratic Club of the First Ward, which meets at No. 7s Jackson street, where the aforesaid Mr.
