POOR BELLE OWENS. H. L. Morey was toduy appointed guardian of Belle Owenj., an Imbecile. There have been several efforts made by tbe family to secure the appointment of a guardian, but no one seemed willing to accept tbe trust. A recent family disturbance resulted In Miss Belle leaving home and taking up her residence with the wife of an Insurance Insurance man by the name of Philllps.and rendered rendered the appointment of a guardian to look after her wellfare a necessity. The girl's property Is invoiced at about f4,WO, which brings an annual income of about MOO. Mr. Morey has given bond in the sum of tS^OOO with J. E. Mprev and Allen Andrews Andrews as surleties, and will at once see tbat a suitable home Is provided for bis ward Miss Owens is tbe daughter ot tbe late Job Owens and a half sister of Mrp. James E. Campbell. Much sympathy 's xpressed for tne poor girl.
