LA SUERTE Padre Bravo helped families when tragedy struck. The Green Villa Ranch was a seasonal stop for many families; many were here for the first time. As indicated by the story, the Cantu family were originally from Mexico. Acculturation was often slow and the seasonal travel which often times were 3-4 places during the year were difficult for everyone.
