j DEATHS Mrs. Hattie Gouge Dies Wednesday; Rites Thursday Mrs Hattie Gouee, 1119 North Star, who would have been 92 Saturday, died in a Terrell hospital early Wednesday Wednesday morning, Apr. 19, 1967. She had been in declining health several years. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Wise Funeral Funeral chapel with the Rev. J E. Fender, Baotist minister, officiating officiating Interment will be in Willow Wild cemetery. Mrs Gouge was born in Bonham Bonham April 22, 1875, daughter of Mr and Mrs. Joseph B. Fitzgerald, Fitzgerald, pioneer residents of Bonham. She was the widow of ¿Lem Gouge, who preceded her in death in 1928. Mrs. Gouge probably will be remembered best by those who knew her when she operated the popcorn concession at the old Best theatre on the south side of the square for 17 years At the time of her death, she was the oldest member of the First Baptist church in Bonham Survivors are three sons. Marion Gou^e of Bonham. Lynwood Lynwood Gouge of Reading. Calif., Charles Gouge of Austin; a daughter, Mrs. M. S. McGhee of Sherman; two sisters, Mrs. Lottie Lottie McMillen and Mrs. Helen Miller, both of Bonham, four great-grandchildren.
