a J, Is Valley Family Is Reunited After 23 Years MISSION -- Four Californians visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Woods provided the inspiration for a family re-union at the Woods home Sunday. The visitors are Mr. Woods' sisters, Mrs. David Goolsbee and Mrs. John J. Morton, the letter's son, David, and Mrs. Morton . All are from San Fernando. Mrs. Morton, senior, last visited the Mission family 23 years ago while Mrs. Goolsbee visited here six years ago. Others who completed the Reunion event were daughters of Mr. and Mrs, Woods, with their families. They included Mis. G. W. Wheeler and daughters, Glenda and Betty Lou, of San Benito; Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Plckens and with which she wore a pink corsage. " Presiding at the white bride's book was Mrs. B. M, Zimmevmann. Mrs. T. E. Marchbanks presided at, the crystal punch bowl placed on the lace-laid refreshment table. Rosebuds and-daisies formed the attractive centerpiece. Assisting in serving were Mesdames F. Brady and L. E. Splcer, and grandmother of the hostess. Several Valley towns were represented ^n the guest list of 50 friends who called during the evening. daughter, Dorothy Jean of Edln- burg; Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Fankhauser, Mr. and Mrs, Norton and son, Tommy, all of Mission. Mrs. Woods will return to San Antonio with Mrs, Wheeler she leaves. . HIGHEST PEAKS IN U. 8. Three of the four highest peaks in the Unifed States are in different states: Mount Whitney in California, Mounts Maslve and EU bert in Colorado, and Mount Rainier in Washington.
