The Nilcs plant will continue MK- manufacture of machines formerly made at the, Plainfield plant. This includes lathes, planers and heavy railroad equipment. "We have already begun to move the equipment," Walter Bruning said today, "and by the first of the the local plant will be in good shape." Asked what the announcement will mean for the local plant, Brunine said it will result in increased production production at the Niles shop and if business justifies it, a considerable increase in the number of men employed employed here.
