to of Detroit Racket Ring Sentenced DETROIT—</P> of a $10,000,000-a-year numbers racket were under prison sentences today. Vice squad police said the sentences meted out in Recorder’s , Court yesterday marked the end , of a ring that had worked among Polish nationality groups. It known as the Polish Bank Gambling Syndicate. The syndicate was smashed in raids last fall, police said. The heaviest sentences, two to five years, were given Stanley Brynski, 40; Henry Sobczak, 41, and Albe'rt Kuzera, 42. Others sentenced were: Raymond and Ralph Wroblewski, Edward Kowalski, John Tomc/ak and Henry Kuzera, one to five years, and Clarence Wroblewski, six months to five years. Louis Lesniak and Edward and Joseph Bosek were given $1,000 fines and four years probation and $500 court costs. Frank Boike was placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay $500 costs.
