Mrs. Kate Herrin, mother of Mrs. Zeph Johnson, with whom she makes her home, returned 'from a two-week visit In Marion, 111. She visited her sister-in-law, Mrs. Emma Herrin. Mrs. Herrin and son, Paul, made the trip back with Mrs. K. Herrin, and spent Thursday as quests, in the Johnson home. Mr. and Mrs. Nolan Clark and family of Empire, Colo., are guests this week of Mr. and Mrs. John Clark. They spentTuesday in Dawson Springs, Ky., visiting relatives. William Fairless, BethaHo, was a dinner guest in the Clark home, Sunday. He is a brother of Mrs. Clark. Mr. and Mrs. August Lohse and son, William, anr! Mr. and Mrs. Jack Baldridge and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Simms and sons, and Miss Anna Lohse,-from Alton, spent Sunday in Springfield. They visited Lincoln's tomb, there, and hit home, in New Salem. Mrs. Lolise's son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Allen and son, Larry, of Springfield, accompanied them. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Parton and daughter, and Mrs. Vivian Stone and Diana, attended the revival services at the Roxana Nazarene Church, Thursday night. The Rev. Holland B. Landon, of St. Louis, is the evangelist. Mr. and Mrs. Zeph Johnson were guests of the William Steeh- lingers, Tuesday night.
