EXPLOSION OF SHELL INJURES THREE MEN I I LEWES. Del. (AP> — One of three soldiers injured by an exploding shell was reported In fairly good condition today following amputation of his right arm above the elbow. Cpl. Albert E Terkey, 23. Signal Mountain. Tenn.. also suffered a fracture of the left arm in the mishap on the National Guard firing range at Fort Miles. Del., Monday. Two other soldiers were injured by the blast. They are Sgt. First Class Michael P. Kalafut. Ogdensburg, N. Y.. blinded in his right eye. and Master Sgt. William E. Hess. Osceola Mills. Pa., surxeficial burns.
