Man Nabbed In Mine Blast Leckrone Negro Held In Property Dispute Charged with blasting the Sam Button mtoe back of York Run early this week after a depute about land lines, James : Gillian, Leekrone Negro, was held in jail today after being arrested by motor motor police. An information against him was signed before Squire J. H. Williams, Williams, Jfeirchance, by Mr. Button,-' and the hearing -will be delayed until officers have completed an investigation of the entire affair. Mr; Button stated , r that, Gillian demanded he cease mining: on the tract, leased from the Prick company, company, stating tha-t it was on property property owned by Gillian's aunt, a Mrs. Witcher, and threatened to blow uj the working.
