Minn Survivors include his widowf Margaret. two daughters, Mrs. Oliver (Patsy) Donaldson of El- #ora. N.Y., and Cynthia Fitting! at home; one stepdaughter;*alesman Mrs. Norma Stadtler of La Crosse; three stepsons, Richard Vance of La Crosse. Bruce Vance of Seal Beach, Calif., and Dennis Vance with the Army in Savannah. Ga.; 10 grandchil- dren; one sister, Mrs. Frank 'Dorothy) Weist of La Crescent, Minn.; and a brother, Verner Fitting of I^a Crosse. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Tlvco- Ledore Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. in the La Crescent Metho- dist Church. Rev. John L. Phil- lippe win officiate. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, La Crescent. Friends may call at the Schumacher Funeral Home, Winnebago Street Chap- el, Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and in the church Monday from 1 p.m. until the service. Mr. Fitting was an engineer at G. Heileman Brewing Co. for 30 years, a member of La Crosse Eagles Aerie 1254 and the Loyal Order of Moose lxnige 1920. and a World War 11 veter- an.
