Cemetery on wall street - ----Wants Cemetery Moved. Editor...
----Wants Cemetery Moved. Editor Journal-Republican: Who has charge of the old, abandoned abandoned cemetery on Wall street? It is an eyesore to all the inhabitants living there. Can’t the town authorities authorities compel those having charge of it to clean it up, cut the weeds, and in fact" make it look a little more respectable respectable to the living? Why can’t the bodies be transferred to Sugar Grove Cenaetery and the land sold and the proceeds used for keeping the graves of the bodies transferred? Will somebody somebody state through the paper why the matter goes on as it does? The weeds are aa high a a man’s head and 1 do not think they were cut last year; if they were I do not remember it Let u.s' have it cleaned up and then try if we can not have it arranged for transferring the bodies bodies as suggested. CITIZEN.
