B. SALT LAKE CITY (UPI) 'or 'or the first time since the days of Saltaire, the recreational beaches of Great Salt Lake. But the best part of the at least for tourists and Icoal water nymphs, is that from now on the beach and its parking will be free. LONG, COSTLY Silver's tenure at the beach has been long and costly. Experts estimate that the $176,000 purchase price is only about one-fifth' of the value of the facility. Silver will remain involved the beach, however, staying as a private concessionaire. I
