Wilbur Fetzer ...U.S. postal service inspector WEST CHELMSFORD - Wilbur Wilbur A. Fetzer, 55, a' widely known U.S. Postal - Service inspector inspector in the' New England area and a resident of the Chelmsford area for over 17 years, died unexpectedly this morninz at his home, 7 Dreel Dr., West Chelmsford, He was born in Valley Stream, N.Y., a son of Mrs. Sophia (Kistinjjer) Fetier and the late George J. Fetzer. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Chelmsford, He was a member of .the U.S.. Mail Services for over .25 years,, later known as the U.S. Postal Service, being assistant postal inspector charge at Boston. A veteran of World War II, - he served with tne Headquarters Battery, 942nd Field Artillery, in the Ander - Central Europe and Rhincland campaigns. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Helen (Steward) Fetzer; daughter, Miss Marilyn J. Fetzer, a Junior at Ihe Univer sity of Connecticut School .of N ursine; a son. George R. Fetzer of Chelmsford; a brother, brother, Raymond G. Fetzer of New Rochelle. N.Y.. and' his mother. Mrs. Sophia (Kistinger) Fetzer of New Rochelle, N.Y.:
