WITH HIS .THROAT CUT. Richard Wilder, a Brickmascn, Pound Dead In the Suburbs ot Chattanooga, ' Chattanooga. Tenn., July 23. Special. Special. About 10 o'clock to-night to-night to-night a farm hand coming to the city discovered the dead body of Richard Wilder a brick-mason, brick-mason, brick-mason, lying on the roadside. Just outside outside the city limits, with the throat cut, the head being almost severed from the body. It is thought that Wilder committed committed suicide, but there are evidences that he was murdered, there being a number of brutets and contusions oa his body.
