Mrs. Frazier, the lady balloonist who was injured last week while 'coming down in her parachute at Prophotstown, expects expects to be in a condition to scrape the skies again in three weeks, a fractured knee cap and a bruised arm being the extent of her iojury. “That didn't scare me a bit," said she. “1 have been there before and expect such things to happen.
