(INS) Three persons persons are under arrest in connection with the death of Miss Clara Rowe 17-year-old 17-year-old 17-year-old 17-year-old 17-year-old Hammond, Ind., night club singer whose body was found in a lonely swamp near Hyde lake. Under arrest are Dr. Morris Reich, a nurse, Mrs. Belinda Cleeve, and Allen Gatewood, 29, fiance of Miss Rowe. The girl's death had re mained a mystery since the bruised body, wrapped in a blanket, was found in the swamp Sept. 23. Learning that the night club singer was missing from her home and that Gatewood was searching for the girl, detectives took him into custody. MUST CHANGE TESTIMONY OR GO TO JAIL 90 DAYS Chicago, Oct. 4. (INS) Attorney Henry L. Blim has 24 hours to change his testimony relative to the income of William H. MaJone, former former chairman of the State Tax Commission. Should he fail to do so Federal judge John p, Barnes has ordered him imprisoned for 90 days for contempt contempt of court. Bllm, a close friend of Malone, told the federal grand Jury he gave his wife $7,500 of a $12,500 fee received received from the Pullman Company for tax adjustments. The government government sought to show the money went to Malone. x
