against Merle J. Lewis of Lisbon, as an aftermath ot an automobile collision on the Lincoln highway near Hanoverton July 4, 1929, The petition, prepared by Attorneys Attorneys Clyde W. Osborn of Youngstown Youngstown and Charles C. Connell of Lisbon, charges the plaintiff was operating his automobile on the right side of the road and that the defendant carelessly and negligently negligently failed to keep a lookout ahead of his car for others, including the plaintiff, and suddenly permitted his machine to be driven from its proper side of the road into the path of tlie plaintiff's machine, demolishing demolishing it. Dr. Searles was injured. He was confined to a hospital for I weeks and spent $500 lor medical attention.
