She carried deep gladioli with n matching headdress. Gordon Scripps of Grand Rapids, a former college classmate of the bridegroom, attended him as best man. A graduate of St. Joseph high school In 19-15, the bride received degree in 1950 from Bob Jones university, where she was a member Theta Epsilon and a charter member of the Elizabeth Barrett literary society. Before going to college, the bride was very active In city musical circle*. After graduating from Bob Jones academy, the bridegroom spent years in the Navy, then attended Oglethorpe university In Atlantic, At present he Is enrolled as a Junior at Bob Jones university, an active member of the William Jennings Bryan literary society. t
