She carried bouquet of yellow gladioli, with a headdress of gladioli in matching Mi.ss Phyllis Wesner of Sodus, a cousin of the Wide, wns a wearing n poivn similar (o the maid of honor's. She carried deep gladioli with n matching headdress. Gordon Scripps of Grand Rapids, a former college classmate of the bridegroom, attended him as best man. Arthur Wesner was another attendant, and ushers were Robert Weiss, Leonard Schermer, Edward Kiel, all of Benton Harbor, nnri Edwin Wesner of Sodus. another of the bride. Immediately following the ceremony, 125 guests enjoyed n ham ftt a reception in the church dining parlors. Carrying out a yellow orchid color scheme were baskets of yellow and orchid gladioli throughout the room. A three-tier wedding cake centered the table. Miss Wesner played several accordion selections. Miss Florence Miller gave reading, and Edgar B, Wesner, brother of the bride, served as c*re monies. In chnrgc of preparing the reception-dinner were Mrs. Otto Wesner, Mrs. Otto Mueller. Mrs. Edward Schermer. Mrs. Guest Boske. Mrs. Kornclson. and Mrs. Rlen Rode. Mrs. Robert Weiss was In charge dining hall. After a short trip to an undisclosed destination, the bride nnd will leave for a trip throughout the east on their way to Greenville, where the bride will continue teaching In the music department at Jones university. A graduate of St. Joseph high school In 19-15, the bride received degree in 1950 from Bob Jones university, where she was a member Theta Epsilon and a charter member of the Elizabeth Barrett literary society. Before going to college, the bride was very active In city musical circle*. After graduating from Bob Jones academy, the bridegroom spent years in the Navy, then attended Oglethorpe university In Atlantic, At present he Is enrolled as a Junior at Bob Jones university, an active member of the William Jennings Bryan literary society. t
