Ellertson when arraigned Wednesday on a charge of failing to stop at the scene ,of an accident. The youth, who was alleged to have been the driver of a truck which struck and killed Hay L. Rowley, 11, son of Mr. and Mrs. Moses A. Rowley of Orem on 'the state highway Sunday, a quarter of a mile south of the Lincoln high school, pleaded guality to the charge. The Rowley boy was delivering delivering milk on a bicycle at the time of the accident. Funeral services for the Rowley youth will be conducted Thursday at 2 p. m. in the TJmpanogos L. D. S. ward chapel with Bishop- Julian Hansen in charge. Friends may call at the family home prior to services. Burial will be in the Provo city burial park under the direction of the Deseret mortuary. Two brothers of the dead youth, Reed and Gien Rowley, returned home from the east Wednesday morning and a grandfather, O. J. Rowley, was expected late Wednesday. Wednesday.
