Daugherty of the common pleas court will be a candidate to succeed himself on the Coshocton county bench this year, he definitely announced today. * While reports in the last several several months consistently said that thc judge would be receptive to a third term on the bench, it was no until today that he definitely said he would make the race. The judgeship is one of three major county offices to be filled this year when state officers are elected. According to report, the three gypsies stopped at Mr. Rahn's hardware store shortly after 11 a. m. today. They purchased a galvanized bucket at one counter and drinking glasses at another. Mr. Rahn did not miss the money, which he earned m his trousers pocket, until the gypsies had left.
