4;' held to be Coult Saturday hall by Coburn Bernice Taylor Mrs. Bernice Taylor, 91, Lee's Summit, died the Lee's Summit Care Center. She was born Dec. 16,1893 in Williamsburg, daughter of Daniel and Daisy Pierce Figg. She was to Aubrey Taylor Aug. 3,1946, in Olathe, Kan. He her in death Jan. 3,1985. Mrs. Taylor moved to the Bedford community in where she attended school and later was employed Bedford Post Office. She moved to Kansas City in where she worked for the postal service in the department until she retired in February, 1955. She member of the Bedford United Methodist Church. She is survived by a stepdaughter, Mrs. Betty Burnson, Independence; two brothers, Ralph Figg, and Henry Figg, Kansas City; two sisters, Mrs. Ha Singleton, Hale and Mrs. Daisy Watson, Wheeling; step-grandsons, and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her husband, parents, brother and a sister. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, officiated by the Earl Griffith. Interment will be in the Wheeling cemetery. may be made to the Bedford United Methodist body will lie in state after 1 p.m. Friday.
