Serious Railroad Collision. A collision occurred occurred on the New Haven railroad, on Wednesday last, which was attended with serious eonseqnen-eta. eonseqnen-eta. eonseqnen-eta. The evening traits from New York being detained detained at Mamaroneek bv running in'o a barUiea train, and thus thrown out of time, the S P. M. train came in collision with the 4 3U p. M. train from New Haven both of which were under rapid headway. , . One gentleman had hia breast bone broken; the wife of Dr Benedict, of Greenwich, yaa considerably considerably bruised by being thrown violently forward over the back of a seat. The engineer, Mr. Tucker, Tucker, and Mr. Crofutt, the baggage mster, were also very seriously injured. The conductor, Mr. Line-burgh, Line-burgh, Line-burgh, was injured slightly, and a fireman had his face baCly cat. The engine were much broken.
