Bradley and wife from Brownwood spent the week end here with their children, Denver Shaw and family, Joe and Rock Stanlee and families. Howard Bolten of Brownwood was a visitor of his parents, Alec Bolten and family Thursday. W. M. U. ladies quilted a quilt at the Baptist church Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Clem Till were in Richland Springs Sunday with their mother, Grandmother Till. She is spending a week with her daughter, Mrs. Jack McNeil. Houston Chadwick and family were visitors of their parents. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Chadwick, Sunday. Alonzo Grant and family were business visitors in San Saba Wednesday. Dr. Dowda from Abilene is visiting Tom Nolen and family. He is a witness in court this week. Mac Woolridge was a visitor in Brownwood Wednesday with his mother. R. A. Taylor and wife were in San Saba shopping Tuesday. We have had several hard rains last week. Seep water is yet running 1 in^.the branches. Every storm house in the community is having to be pailed dry 2 and 3 times a day. Looks like all storm houses will soon be ruined.
