I y that that been been captured s at Como, r capturing in a n to Mrs. Martin Kirker Succumbs at Home of Daughter on Route 5 Mrs. Martin Kirker, 77, died 8:30 p. m. Friday of a heart at the home of her daughter, J. Russell Allen, Coshocton 5, where she had made her the past seven years. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist church and for years was a member of the Coshocton Coshocton Baptist church while living in Coshocton. Celia Mandeville Slaughter was born at Willowbrook, V i r g i township, Aug. *, 18G7, the d ter of Thomas and Sophia Slaughter. She was married in 1885 to Joseph M a r t i n is deceased. S u r v i v i n g besides t h Mrs. A l l e n , are one son, K i r k e r , CnshoY'ton Route sisters, Mrs. Rhoda Cox, Coshocton Route 5, and Mrs. C a Roche, Detroit, ' M i c h . ; brothers, Bruce Slaughter of Conesville and Horace Slaughter, Massillon; seven g r a n d c h i l d r e g r a n d c h i l d r e n . Services w i l l be held M 10:30 a. m. at the Pleasant H i Baptist c h u r c h w i t h Shanley officiating. B u r i a l in the c h u r c h cemetery. Friends may call a f t e r Sunday.
