Arguments were made by Cliarlos J. McCullotigh for plaintill and John J. Haberstroh for defendant, in the case of James II. Sullivaiij a painter, against Eugene Ake and Charles Amick, contractor. This suit had its inccpiency over a dispute on a painting contract. JMemlnnts claim they contracted with Sullivan to paint a new bouse which was being ere etc d for Ake for StiOG. Of this sum, $200 was paid and the remainder tendered but refused. Plain tilt, of course, claimed more noy than was tendered.
