Clipped From The Titusville Herald
100 years ago October 19,1907 Twin brothers, John Tyler Murray of Vrooman and James T. Murray of Centerville, celebrated their 60th birthdays. John had been hurt seven weeks before by falling 20 feet from the roof of a building. At the time of the accident it was not believed he could recover, but he had won out and was in good condition. The brothers had fought together through 18 months of the Civil War and were enlisted in the 180th Regiment, the famous "Roundhead" organization. It was reported that William Marconi had accomplished trans-Atlantic wireless telegraphy successfully.
