CHIFEDS HAVE BEST HURLERS By requiring Tom Seaton, the cowboy pitcb«r, who won °iii »r« 0Lmea thtth any other hurler in the National league last season, bis collection of conquests reaching the magnificent total of 27, Manager Joe Tinker of the Chicago Feds has rounded out what looKs like the best burling staff in the outlaw circuit. He has besides Seaton, Addison Brennan, a sterling left-hander; Claude Hendrix, a rattling good right­ hander; McQuire, the prize M laat year's Federal circuit, and a flock iH youngsters. That trinity of Seattle, Brennap and Hendrix should go a long way to keeping the Chifeds at or near the top in the bandit league. These pftchers will have Art Wilson to hurl to and the battery department of the Windy City tribe as now constituted would do credit to any club in the NaUanal or American league. Pitching m the National league last season, Messrs. Seaton, Brennan and Hendrix collected 65 victories between them, exactly four more than the Cardinal club won last season. Hendrix and Brennan each won 14, while Seaton had a flock of 2T. ^-.^^
