Cyclists from San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose and Fresno are all in readiness for the two-mile handicap bicycle race to be held at Shellmound Park tomorrow at the forty-first annual picnic of the San Francisco Scottish Thistle club. Some of the local boys who are contemplating on first honors include: Rhodes, Williams, O'Connor, Rey, Andrieu, Wreath, Dury and Moe.
