Jahnke, 28, of 3816 Riverview Drive, $11, delinquent parking t i c k- ets; and Wayne Zillmer, 19, of 557 Starr Ave., and Richard B. Koury, 20, of 1115 Emery St.. leaving keys in their cars, $5.
