This case being disposed of, a question eame up on a writ of habeas corpus, with regard to the demand of special bail in the case of Wm. A. Cornwell, late a seaman of the ship Rob Roy, r. Seth Foster, Charles K. Johnson and Morrison Strath, mates and steward of that ves set, on action for damages for alleged assault and battery. The Court decided that the par ties should give special bail in the sura of $100 each. Adjourned till this morning at 10 o'clock
