Roberta of the Brewster Station of the State Constabulary arranged today today to order the arrest by wireless of Nicholas Toleff. charged with murder in Jamesvllle,' N. Y... now four days out at aea on the steamship Pannonia of the Cunard line. The ship is destined for Piraeus. Greece, and wiU not make a landing for fourteen more days until it docks there. The defendant Is accused of murdering ChrUto Boxenoff near Jamesville. in Onondaga Couni.7.
