PATRICK HAGGERTY BURIED. The remains of the late Patrick Haggerty were laid to rest yesterday after appropriate and impressive services services were conducted and largely attended. attended. They were borne from the family residence on lower Jackson street to St. Patrick's' church, which was well filled with friends of the aged deceased. 1 At the church Rev. Father Loftus officiated and acted as celebrant at a high mass of requiem, which occurred at 0:30 o'clock in the morning. Rev. Father Loftus also preached an eloquent eloquent sermon in which he paid a deserving deserving tribute to the memory of the departed member of the church. Rev. Father Gileogly wras sub - deacon. Many beautiful floral offerings, including a design from the ladies of the Scranton School of Correspondence, where a daughter of the deceased is employed, were contributed. Interment was made in Cathedral cemetery, the following acting as pall bearers: Messrs Thos. Judge, Patrick McGonigan, Daniel Haggerty, Dennis O'Hara, Patrick Cadden and Patrick Corrigan.
