Preparations are being completed for the third annual Mummers' parade sponsored by Taylor Taylor Post, American Legion, to be held Saturday evening, November 2, over the principal streets of the borough, Featuring the affair will be the appearance appearance of the local post's Junior Drum and Bugle Corps which will head the line of march. Following the parade a dance will be held in Ott's Auditorium where the prize winners will be announced. All business, civic and fraternal organiza tions are invited to participate in the parade. The following committees have been appointed by Commander Harry Fry grand marshal, Lieut. W. G. Watkins general chairman, Dr. W. A. Collins secretary - treasurer, Chester A. Lle wellyn; Drum and Bugle Corps, George Powell, David F. Jones, Milton M. Evans and Dr. Ulrich P. Horger; pa rade, Ben J. Llewellyn, George Stump and Joseph Antal: floats, William H, Horger. Albert Bahler and Jacob Stump; organization, Matt Bende; chairman; music, Matt Cook, Arthur Rieder and Albert Bahler; hall, Milton M. Evans, Willard Andrews, John Tim lin, Michael Corcoran, Charles Hodge and Matt Cook; rereshments, Albert Bahler, Nicholas Cola, Ralph Davis, J. Powell, Thomas Henley, John Slap ply and John McGraw; publicity, Ell Gordon and John Timlin. A special meeting of the post will be held on Tuesday evening at 7:30 o'clock the Borough Building to further plans and to receive reports of the committees.
