Hugo Wuelfing, 2411 East Sixteenth street, was injured seriously about 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon when an automobile in which he was riding was struck by an inbound East Tenth street car at Sterling avenue and East Tenth street. it was reported late last night that he was still in an unconscious condition. Physicians who examined him say his condition is such that he can not be moved so that a thorough examination of his injuries can be made. He was taken to his home in the municipal ambulanc
